Region VII SPY Award: Central Indiana Board Member – Ginger Dayton

Region VII is proud to announce that Ginger Dayton was named the 2025 Region VII Safety Professional of the Year (SPY) Award!

Ginger has served as the Chapter Program Chair for the past 4 years and is involved with the Indiana Safety Conference and Future Leaders Golf Outing.

Ginger is an experienced consultant and Safety Director with a demonstrated history of working in and with a variety of industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical, nutritional, manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, laboratories, field sales and service, office, facilities, maintenance and transportation. She is skilled in Workplace Safety and Health, Ergonomics, Program Development and Implementation, Risk Assessment, Data Analysis, Safety Team Development, and Public Speaking. She’s a strong operations professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health and Master’s Degrees in Safety Management and Community Health from Indiana State University.

Ginger met with ASSP President Pam Walaski prior to the SPY Awards Luncheon.
