Region VII Fall ROC Meeting

Meeting Dates:  Thursday October 23 12pm-5pm – Friday October 24 8am-12pm

Rooms at the group rate are available Tuesday-Thursday nights only, no Friday night rooms will be available at the group rate if you plan to extend your stay. There is a Lainey Wilson concert on Friday, so most downtown area hotels expect to be booked for Friday 10/24. If you need assistance with booking or other needs outside the reserved dates, please call the sales office at (865)544-9977 M-F 8:30am-5pm.

We invite all chapter members to join us for a free social event to meet leaders from across Region VII and Society on Thursday, October 23 from 7:30-9:30pm at Maple Hall. Bowling and shoe rental is free for all who attend, food and drink will be available for purchase at the venue.
